We are blessed to be a part of Jesus Mission
My wife Janet and I have experienced the profound and miraculous ways in which God moves in Agra, India. Back in 2005, when I was the pastor of Gateway Church in El Cajon, CA, I had the privilege of traveling to India. There, I witnessed a deeply moving scene: Pastor Bala Sundaram and his dedicated followers were distributing Bibles in the shadow of the majestic Taj Mahal. Touched by a divine prompting, I felt compelled to offer financial support to Pastor Bala to aid in their mission of spreading the Gospel. Today, Pastor Bala and his son, Pastor Peter Paul, lead the largest church in Agra, known as Jesus Mission. This incredible ministry provides loving homes for orphans, education for children in dire need, and a sense of hope and dignity to widows. They also extend their compassion to support lepers, and they are committed to sharing the Gospel with both the physically challenged and the Brahmin community. It is truly awe-inspiring to see how the Lord Jesus Christ has broken down every barrier and removed every dividing wall. We are deeply blessed and honored to be part of this compassionate and dynamic ministry.

Mission Statement from Pastor Bala Sundaram
At Jesus Mission, we are dedicated to reaching out to those in our community who suffer under oppression from individuals, addiction, or systemic injustices. Every day, we work tirelessly to help people build better lives.
Guided by the words of Mark 12:30-31, we love the Lord and our neighbors, and we strive to follow the pure religion described in James 1:27. Our mission is to preach the gospel, serve humanity, and make Christ known to all.
We are committed to sharing God’s love with every person we encounter. Our efforts include preaching the gospel, conducting gospel crusades, and hosting pastor conferences. We stand with persecuted pastors, support orphans and underprivileged children through education, and extend a helping hand to the poor, helpless, and widowed. Additionally, we assist the physically challenged and support families affected by leprosy.
Join us in this mission as we work together to transform lives and make a lasting impact.
